Clearing the CBT isn't the finish line for every post. What comes next depends entirely on which group code you applied for:

1. Posts with a Skill Test — roles like Stenographer, Typist, and certain Technician positions require a practical skill/typing test after the CBT. Your final merit combines both.
2. Posts without a Skill Test — for most administrative and general posts, the CBT score alone decides your merit position, and your marks are shown directly in the result PDF.
3. Document Verification — regardless of post type, shortlisted candidates eventually go through document verification, where original certificates for education, category, age, and identity are checked by the respective AIIMS institute.
